This is a Warhammer 40k Imperial Fists Terminator Captain Tancred costume created by Daniel Høgh and Justina Šniukštaitė of Roses and Boltshells, their cosplay prop manufacturing business. The outfit is predominately foam, so the wearer is actually able to move around in it.

Why Warhammer Online failed (and why MMOs will keep failing if they don’t stop putting out shit)

Every video game genre is guilty of putting out shovelware. It’s a business, and most companies first and foremost are looking to make a buck. But MMOs are both very expensive to make and there’s a giant 12 million subscriber gorilla dominating everyone else. And every time someone comes out with an MMO, they always claim to be the WoW killer, but it never happens. Not with Warhammer Online, not with APB and not with Final Fantasy XIV. So what happened? What happens is that companies get dollar signs in their eyes, thinking they can snag a piece of that monthly MMO subscriber pie and they completely fail to make a game that anyone would play for more than a month, hoping to sell the game on brand recognition alone.
