Earlier today, the Dallas-Fort Worth area got hit by some hellacious thunderstorms that came with several tornados, including this twister that picked up several tractor trailers weighing several tons each and just threw them around like they were tiny toys. YouTube star missing after being sucked out of sunroof by Missouri tornado

No, not Fred, don’t get your hopes up. That would be proof of a benevolent God. The YouTube star in question is Will Norton AKA “Wildabeast”, a high school senior whose videos made him sort of a teen YouTube celebrity. During the Joplin tornado, Will was driving his Jeep, trying to get home, when the tornado caused his car to flip and Will was sucked straight out through the sunroof, snapping through his seat belt.

An F4 tornado is a quarter to a half a mile in diameter with winds between 166-200 mph. Think about that as you watch this beast rip Tuscaloosa a new asshole.
Also, this is why you don’t try to outrun a tornado. (Thanks to Delsyd for that link)

IT’S A FIRE… TOOOORNAAAADOOOOO!
After droughts in Brazil comes wildfires. After wildfires and some weird wind and air pressure fluctuations comes THE TORNADO OF FIRE. Okay, so it’s kind of a dinky fire tornado, but it is fact a fire tornado. Or firenado.
The vortex of fire resulted from months of drought in the region, combined with brush fires and strong, dry winds. Though a rare phenomenon, the formation of a fire tornado, or fire whirl, is quite simple. When there is a warm updraft of air and convergence of fire, say from a wildfire, a vortex of flame can occur. As the heated air from the fire rises, strong air currents cause flame to spin, shaping it into a tornado.
