See if you can answer what has to be the weirdest standardized test question ever

Sometimes, questions on tests can be confusing on purpose and sometimes they’re confusing because someone writing the test is either a complete moron or has been smoking too much goofy dust. Students, parents and teachers in the state of New York are scratching their heads over a question on a standardized test for eighth graders that makes less sense than “Why is a raven like a writing desk?”
