Michael Bay didn’t cast Megan Fox in Transformers because of her acting ability, but because she’s a hot POA that sells movie tickets. And so, he’s once again casting Ms. Fox as April O’Neal in TMNT only because she looks good in a skintight yellow suit.
After the (dwindling) success of the three live action Ninja Turtles movies in the early 90s, there were plans to make a fourth. From the pre-production of that fourth Turtles movie comes this ugly concept art, showing that we would have had to endure some of the crappiest Turtles action figures come to life, including some sort of feral clawed Raphael.
With Nickelodeon’s new TMNT series, Lego will be launching a TMNT playset with all kinds of TMNT minifigs. Since it is based on the Nick series, some of the characters look different than what you might remember from the 80s and 90s, but I’m still impressed.
While Michael Bay’s TMNT project is on hold right now, every little bit of news that ended up on the internet just seemed like bad news. And then, this past weekend, a copy of one of the lastest Ninja Turtles scripts hit the web and it’s bad. Oh so bad.
