It took great effort to finally see Seven Psychopaths. I really wanted to see it because it was written and directed by Martin McDonagh, the same writer and director who made one of my favorite movies, In Bruges. But this is not about my struggles and triumphs. Let me write about Seven Psychopaths.

Written and Directed by Oscar(R)-winner Martin McDonagh, the comedy Seven Psychopaths follows a struggling screenwriter (Colin Farrell) who inadvertently becomes entangled in the Los Angeles criminal underworld after his oddball friends (Christopher Walken and Sam Rockwell) kidnap a gangster’s (Woody Harrelson) beloved Shih Tzu. Co-starring Abbie Cornish, Tom Waits, Olga Kurylenko and Zeljko Ivanek.
