Morning flashback: “The Mad Painter” from Sesame Street

In the late 1970s and early 1980s, actor Paul Benedict, who later went on to play Harry Bentley on The Jeffersons, played “The Mad Painter” in a short lived series of skits in which a silent painter paints the number 2 through 11 wherever he found space for them.
