The latest assterpiece from American painter John McNaughton

McNaughton is sort of deified in Tea Party circles for his Rockwellian take on our current state of American affairs.  Here is his latest work, entitled the Empowered Man.  It’s the normal incendiary TP malarky we’ve all seen before, but it’s a hell of a laugh to read the artist statement.  Sadly, this guy makes serious bank on his work.  I’m in the wrong business.

Obama: “Oh no, the Constitution is my Kryptonite!”

Clinton and FDR: “We were such failures. A booming economy in the 90s and saving America from ruin in the 30s… we suck.”
