Mills never saw a cent from Taco Bell, but he knew his idea would change the world, so he bugged Frito-Lay to no avail, so he started a grassroots movement to show there was interest in the idea, and then it happened. And now that his work is done, he’s off to spread taco joy to other dimensions.
