Character Actor and D-day Survivor Charles Durning Dies at 89

Great actor, and one of only 20 survivors of the infamous Malmedy Massacre during the Battle of the Bulge. Sometimes called the “King of Character Actors”, Durning was an actor that wasn’t a household name, but everybody’s seen his face. Durning died today at the age of 89.
