Going topless in NYC is fine, but naked is not. Even if you’re covered in body paint.

A tip for the IHCettes who may be in or visiting NYC. Going topless is okay, but if you’re going to parade around Times Square naked, even if you’re covered head to toe in body paint, the po-po are going to haul you away as 21 year old Zoe West found out.
