First clip from the Avengers has Black Widow kicking major ass while being tied to a chair

Yeah, I’ll be there at the midnight showing for this when it comes out in May. As if I didn’t need any more convincing.

Also, the Polish trailer for The Avengers is mostly about Black Widow

Yeah, so Black Widow is sexy and all, but she’s not the best known or the most crucial member of the group. You wouldn’t know it by watching the Polish Avengers trailer. Why? Maybe because Black Widow is Russian and she’s the closest thing to a local character for Poland. Or maybe because they just like watching Scarlett Johansson’s ass in leather more than anywhere else in the world.

At one point, David Bowie’s wife was going to play both Wonder Woman and Black Widow

Well before Scarlett Johansson geared up in pleather to play Black Widow and before Lynda Carter became iconic as Wonder Woman on TV, David Bowie’s wife, model Angie Bowie, AKA “Jipp Jones” was being tried out for both roles for TV. It didn’t happen, but at least we have photographic evidence of Angie in costume.

Wanted: Permanent assistant to lotion up Scarlett Johansson to get in and out of catsuit for Black Widow movie

Well, the actual news is that Scarlett Johansson really wants to do a Black Widow movie, but all I could hear is the sound of myself sending out my resume for the position of permanent lotioning assistant to Ms. Johansson for all that getting in and out of that catsuit.
