It’s The Breeders Kim and Kelly Deal’s birthday, so they had a twin fetuses in the womb cake

Tomorrow is the 49th birthday of Breeders members Kim and Kelly Deal. For their birthday party, they had a cake to appropriately symbolize their twinness— the twin fetus cake that you see above. Yummy.

In addition to today being some sort of pot-smokin’ holiday, there’s also a number of prominent birthdays to be had. Today is the birthday of Adolph Hitler, George Takei, Joey Lawrence (whoah!), Clint Howard, Crispin Glover, Luther Vandross and Jessica Lange.

And in other September 4th birthday news, wish WWII vet William Lashua a happy 90th!

So a couple weeks ago, someone noticed the above sign in a gas station and took a picture of it and posted it on 4chan. Very quickly, 4chan rallied around Mr. Lashua and very soon Reddit joined in. Maybe it was the kind look in his eye or the seeming sadness of the poster, but 4chan, Reddit and others rallied thousands in support for William Lashua’s birthday, which is today, September 4th. Hey that’s my birthday too!
