Chinese dad lets his four year old daughter drive the car through Beijing traffic

Traffic sucks. Driving to work sucks. But if you’ve got a little kid, why not have them do the driving for you? They’ll love the challenge and the responsibility and you can get a little shut-eye. In the US and most other civilized countries, letting your four year old daughter take the wheel might be frowned upon, but this one dad in Beijing was able to have his kid drive him apparently without much hassle. So why don’t we let four year olds drive?

The longest traffic jam ever: Over 60 miles, cars not moving for 9 days outside Beijing

Outside of Beijing, the world’s largest traffic jam entered its 9th day today, with cars backed up 60 miles, with many people having been stuck there for days. People have been spotted playing chess on the hoods of cars and even setting up impromptu stands to sell things out of their cars to others that might need them. Chalk up another victory for Communism.
