Ugandan man wants to build his own space shuttle in his back yard. Don’t we all?

Chris Nsamba founded the African Space Research Programme because he, like many, want to venture into space. But his home country of Uganda doesn’t have a space program, and likely won’t have one any time soon. So he decided to start his own space program in his back yard, building a spacecraft he hopes will one day take people into orbit.
