Morning pranks: Guy makes telemarketer think she’s called 911

Whenever Tom Mabe gets an “unknown” number on his caller ID, he assumes that it’s usually a telemarketer of some sort, and he’s usually right. In this video, he answers the phone as if he’s 911 dispatch and I think causes the poor woman on the other end to start crying.
