UPDATE: I suppose it was a year and a month ago when I first wrote IHC seeking advice from you and/or the IHC commun. on how I might successfully quit drinking & smoking. Well, I failed, miserably, on both counts. I made it a few weeks and then started back up with every intention to make up for lost time. As you would guess, by May I was in the ER. And, I still couldn't quit. I remembered y'all suggesting AA, my Dr. agreed and tomorrow, 2/7/13, will be 7 months of sobriety. Thanks, IHC- CA_Love
