See the real-life people that were the inspirations for the characters on Archer
In order to achieve a more unique look for characters, often animators will use real-life people as reference models. Probably not so much for something like The Simpsons, but they did for Archer. Like Archer himself, above, was based on Jason Fitzgerald, a professional model.
Malory: Kathleen Cohen, a local actress in the Atlanta area
Lana: Kynyetta Lester, local Hooter’s waitress
Cyril: Stuart Fierman, Atlanta restaurant owner/operator
Pam: Candi McElhannon, Atlanta antiques dealer
Brett: Neil Holman, Archer art director/producer
Cheryl: Siobhan Price, Adult Swim writer/producer
Gillette: Lucky Yates, voice of Dr. Krieger
Dr. Krieger: Dr. Ben Brieger, Austin ER doctor
Bryan: Bryan Fordney, Archer animation director/producer
