Paralympics opening ceremony celebrates British science
The regular Olympics in London are old news now, but don’t forget the 2012 Paralympics. Not at all to be outdone by the olympic Olympics, the Paralypics upped the celebration of British literature with a celebration of Britain’s amazing contributions to science and technology, much of which makes the Paralympics possible.
This is the ENTIRE opening ceremony, but the good stuff is mainly in the first 20 minutes, including some narration by Stephen Hawking.
