Saturday free matinee: ‘Man Bites Dog’
This Belgian movie, made in 1992, came out just as the reality TV show thing was starting in Europe and the US, and it’s a brilliant, violent and hilarious dark comedy about a serial killer who wants his exploits and knowledge to be preserved for the next generation of psychos, so he agrees to work with a film crew to make a documentary about his life. One of my favorite movies of all time.
