Daily Discussion: Invent some new superstitions

Most people have heard superstitions like how it’s bad luck to let a black cat cross your path, or not walking under a ladder or throwing spilled salt over your shoulder for good luck. Those are pretty stupid, but they had to start somewhere. Today, let’s invent some brand new superstitions you can spread to your friends or on Facebook or wherever.

I don’t know, but I’ve always heard it’s bad luck not to take an axe when you’re entering a bank.
