Steam’s “Big Picture” mode will optimize PC gaming on your TV

Plenty of people already play PC games on their television, but when you’re sitting several feet away, keyboard in your lap, looking at a 40 to 60 inch screen, things like text and the mouse pointer may get lost on a game that was meant to be played on a 20something-ish screen from about a foot away. But with Steam’s new Big Picture mode, PC gaming on your living room TV is about to get easier.

Big Picture beta starts soon. More info here.
