British man jumps from 2400 feet with only a wingsuit and walks away
People have jumped from such heights before with a wingsuit, but they usually open a parachute for final descent. Not 42 year old Gary Connery, who was the first to do a complete dive without a parachute at all. He encountered some turbulence on the way down, but managed to steer through it to land safely on a soft pile of empty cardboard boxes.
