Mounted combat finally comes to Skyrim
Going around hacking people on foot with an axe, taking arrows to the knee etc is cool and all, but what’s even cooler is coming up on a group of bad guys on horseback, swinging your sword at skulls like Death himself.
Update 1.6, available today on PC, adds the ability for players to charge into battle on their faithful steed.
By opting into the latest Steam Beta Update, players can check out the new mounted combat feature in Skyrim right now, with Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 players getting their chance in the near future.
