Daily Discussion: What would you like to see in the future for IHC?

Currently, I’m on my first real vacation in what seems like forever, and it’s given me plenty of time to think about where I might want to take IHC in the future, but I’d like your input. What kinds of things would you like to see in the future for IHC? 

You may notice that over the past week, the number of articles per day has been down. Before, it was something like 20+ articles a day, which for one person, even with contributions from the community is a lot, and the process of mining the internet plus posting and scheduling takes up a whole lot of time, so for the time being, I might keep it at around a dozen a day.

I also would like to post more things from the IHC community, and we get plenty of submissions, but I think I need to put up some guidelines of the kinds of things that are likely to be pushed to the front page. IHC is a mix of science, technology, movie, video game, counterculture news as well as news news, a few funny videos and pictures and a little bit of sexy. 

Several times, we’ve had people asking about an IHC mobile app, and that’s in the future, and a couple previous attempts at getting a mobile app that was to my liking fell through. 

I’m more than happy to promote books, bands and artwork from the IHC community as long as it doesn’t take over the other content on the site, and that’s another balance I’m trying to strike.

But enough about me… where would you like the site to go in the future?
