I finally jumped on board the 64 bit train with a modern rig, but I'm having undocumented problems with chrome (I clicked on the chrome desktop icon and IT SHUT THE COMPUTER THE FUCK DOWN). After a reinstall, this issue appears to have fled, but chrome is having trouble displaying webpages - I have to refresh IHC twice before the website is finally displayed and some of the page content is displayed in gibberish. IS THIS MICROSOFT VOODOO or is Google having some mad problems with 64 bit OSes? — asked by Anonymous
