London Olympics replacing air guns in the pentathalon with laser pistols. Pew pew?

During the shooting portion of the pentathalon at this year’s summer Olympics in London, athletes will be shooting with laser pistols instead of airguns. The new laser pistols are calibrated to feel and recoil just like an airgun, only they’re safer and cheaper. Safe and cheap. That’s exactly what I want in my sporting competition.
