Harry Potter ebooks finally available for all major ereaders via Pottermore.com

Finally, after the books are long finished and the last Harry Potter movie has been released, you can now get Harry Potter books in ebook format. Instead of being available through an individual retailer’s site however, all the books are being sold through JK Rowling’s Pottermore site, a rarity in the competitive ebook world.
The entire series is now available in ePub format, or for the Kindle, Nook, Google Play, and Sony Reader platforms at Pottermore.com. Once you create a Pottermore account and buy a book (the first three are $7.99 each, the final four $9.99 each), you can download it up to eight times in any format you choose. You’ll notice that a specific iPad and iPhone format isn’t available, because Apple’s being a dick and won’t let Rowling sell her books via an outside website under any circumstances. You can however, still read the books on your iDevice if you get the ePub format.
