Watch Marvel movies all day long at AMC theaters on May 3rd

If you’re properly psyched to watch the Avengers on May 4th and you want to make an all-day event of it, select AMC theaters around the US are having Marvel movie marathons on May 3rd leading into a midnight showing of the Avengers on the fourth. I’m gonna need a whole lot more popcorn.

The Ultimate Marvel Marathon will feature six movies from the universe: Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man 2, Thor in 3D, Captain America in 3D, and it will end with The Avengers in 3D. Whew. The event will start at 11:30am and continue on all day—all for a very reasonable $40.

Tickets will go on sale March 16th but only for select theaters. If sitting in a theater for that many hours sounds like you’re idea of a good time, here’s a list of participating venues:
