The magic of Stan Winston’s animatronic Jurassic Park dinosaurs
While Jurassic Park was known for its groundbreaking use of computer animation to create realistic dinosaurs, most of the dinosaurs in the film were either using old fashioned animatronics or a combination of animatronics or CGI. And the mind behind Jurassic Park’s robot dinosaurs was the legendary Stan Winston, a special effects master for decades.
