Nightmare fuel: “The Last Man on Earth” starring Vincent Price

We haven’t had a free movie Friday in a while, but before you go to bed tonight and you wake up and it’s fucking Monday, check out the 1964 film The Last Man on Earth, starring Vincent Price. It’s the original film version of the Richard Matheson short story “I Am Legend”, which of course was made again in 2007 starring Will Smith.

Based on the chilling Richard Matheson science fiction Classic “I am Legend” and later remade as “The Omega Man” starring Charlton Heston and “I Am Legend” with Will Smith. This classic features Vincent Price as scientist Robert Morgan in a post apocalyptic nightmare world. The world has been consumed by a ravenous plague that has transformed humanity into a race of bloodthirsty vampires. Only Morgan proves immune, and becomes the solitary vampire slayer.
