Clear your calendars: Samsung has pushed back Tuesday’s Nexus Prime unveiling to… who knows

This coming Tuesday the 11th was looking to be a big day for Android fans, as Apple and Samsung were all set to unveil the next new sexy-as-fuck Nexus phone, running the latest, spiffiest, most magical version of Android, code named Ice Cream Sandwich. But earlier today, Samsung announced that the event was off until some future date.

Their exact words:

Samsung and Google decide to postpone the new product announcement at CTIA Fall. We agree that it is just not the right time to announce a new product. New date and venue will be shortly announced.

Not the right time? Strike while the iron is hot, don’t be a pussy. How many people were waiting to see the Nexus were all like “Well fuck it, I need a new phone, I’ll order a 4S.”
