Below are the 11 smartest mammals, as determined by a formula for determining animal intelligence derived by John Evans of Cambridge University. Hey, good point.  Where did the oft repeated 'fact' that pigs are intelligent come from?  Certainly not food pigs, because they're not exactly bred for their brain size.  Also, my cat is WAY smarter than anyone on this site's dog.  Believe it.
