Actually, I'm pretty sure that's not actually a D&D character sheet... maybe it's one he made custom or maybe it's for RIFTS or something, but whatever... tomatoh tomato. Yeah that's definitely built around a 3rd Edition D&D system character sheet. It's a pretty clever idea and might actually work for the industry he's aiming for. So points for that.
However his stat mods are all off, so he's clearly a noob.
