you can get it for free, since it's in the public domain. i have a copy on dvd just because the quality's a little better than a download, but it is a good movie. it was banned in the us for a while when it came out because people thought that is was gross exploitation, but many of the people in the film made a pretty decent amount of money off of it and became minor stars. but if you watch the movie, there's absolutely nothing exploitative about it... they're treated as normal people in normal drama, even if they're really tiny or missing limbs. really good movie.
