A couple days ago, IHC reader and current points leader Mynameisfyl sent me these photos of these two giant IHC skull and crossbones tattoos he got-- one on each elbow, so that the next time he's in a dark alley and he has to smash motherfuckers faces all muay thai style, they'll remember the website that did it to them.
I'm thoroughly humbled that Fyl would show his love for IHC through the art of tattoos and now I expect every last one of you to do the same. Get going... it's only going to be a matter of time before it becomes law that everyone get one anyway.
Now that he's got the IHC skull permanantly tattooed on his body, it would be the perfect time to just complete fuck the site up and make it nothing but ugly trannies fucking grizzly bears or something so that if people recognize his tattoos, they'd be all like "Jesus fucking christ dude, that's that website that's nothing but ugly trannies fucking wild animals, right? What the fuck?"

I have plenty I regret, some days all of them, anyone who has tattoos knows that feeling, they are all very personal and relate to events in your life but some days you just want a clean skin, maybe just to start again and have all new tattoos if nothing else. I'd love to do them all again but all new tattoos. But on the whole I regret them a whole lot less than I love them, looking at them now - they rock.
And no, I don't post pics of myself online, I might make snarky comments here and there (fark etc) but I do NOT post pics, mainly as I prefer being anonymous.
But if you want to band together fine, I'm not wrong though, it's a dead tweety pie and the green ink wasn't worked in sufficiently, it'll be patchy as all hell.

Tattoos are incredibly personal and you (as well as anyone who has them) should know that you shouldn't judge them at face value. You look at these and say "he got them cause he like IHC" or whatever, but you've no idea what having a random ass site such as this has pulled me through in the last year or so. Having something like this that I could turn to and take my mind off of things has probably helped me retain what little sanity I have left.
I know you're not going to change your mind, and frankly I don't care if you do or not, however I do respect your opinion. I like the logo, I like the color, and I've always wanted something on my elbows.

First: Green ink doesn't stay well in anyone as far as i know.
second: tattoos don't have to be something infinitely personal and deep. They can be artistic, entertaining, or just cool (F@CKING BADASS BTW FYL). I have a tattoo of a symbol from a discontinued webcomic on my back right calf, and i haven't regretted it for a second. I did it for fun and because it looks cool, not to express my views. I do have personal tattoos as well, but i don't have to explain them because they're PERSONAL.

Unlike some others, I'm happy for you. You found someting meaningful and you comiitted it to ink. That makes you a better person than every stoopid fool who just buys some commerical flash on the wall of their local scratcher, as far as I'm concerned.
So I'm sorry if the logo comment rubbed you the wrong way - I'm obnoxious by nature. But one of the fun parts of having a tatoo that's visible while wearing normal clothing is that yiou get to explain it. You can tell the real story, you can make ship up, you can tell people to fuck off. All are appropriate. Enjoy your connection to what's meaningful to you and don't let the rest of us assholes make you question it.
However, if you get a tattoo on your face I'm personally going to find you and beat your ass. It might take several tries, but I'll eventually beat it.

I sort of feel as though I started some kind of war....but a fun one.
To answer void and whomever else commented on the touch up...I've got 4 planned so I'm thinking eventually it'll take, granted elbows will fade regardless of how many touch ups you get, I'm just happy its as bright as it is now.

I have no tattoos, although I have thought about it from time to time. I have always thought that a tattoo really only holds meaning for the person getting it, not necessarily everyone else. That being said my dream tattoo of the Queen Alien (Xenomorph) playing PS1 (Final Fantasy 7) may yet become a reality.
