some demons are very very fun! and sometimes funny....the only nasty one i know of is the beholder....

In actual fact, Halloween is probably a combination of two holidays. There's the ancient Celtic holiday of Samhain, where people celebrated the ending of the light half of the year by exchanging "treats." It is also the evening before All-Saints' Day, the day set aside by Pope Boniface to celebrate the lives of Christian martyrs; kind of like a "pre-party party." It's got nothing to do with Satanism and demons at all.
