If you're familiar with MetalStorm, you'll know that they're the company that invented the MetalStorm machine gun, capable of delivering up to 1 million stacked rounds per minute fired by electronic pulses instead of a traditional firing mechanism. Yeah, the name MetalStorm isn't just a clever metaphor, it's a reality. Now they've introduced the MetalStorm 3GL grenade launcher that's capable of firing 720 grenades per minute out of a single barrel.

25 year old Scottish sniper Corporal Christopher Reynolds made a record sniper shot when he killed a Taliban leader holed up in a compound almost a mile away.

I've been playing a lot of Team Fortress 2 lately in between rounds of getting the new site redesign done and so I found this vid particularly cool. The US may have the largest military in the world, but you may not be aware that Canada has some of the best snipers in the world. It's a Canadian that holds the record for the longest sniper kill at almost 2.5 miles. That's about 4.5 seconds between pulling the trigger and hitting the target and a bullet drop of 230 feet.

First off, kicking down a door isn't your best option and shouldn't be your first, especially if you have a key.  Doors are pretty heavy and are held in place pretty well and for the most part don't crumble under the power of your boot like they do in movies.  I've tried to kick down a door before and it didn't work.  I had to resort to pushing it open with my butt and the rest of me braced against a wall.  It worked, but I think it probably looked pretty gay.
