First off, this song would be awesome if it weren't for the video. Tom motherfucking Waits and Kool Keith. An odd, but awesome combination. But add in one of the most wickedest 5 minutes of animations and it's a winner with a capital W. Barnes & Barnes were pretty well known for their goofy song "Fish Heads", but they weren't just a one-trick pony... they had a whole stable of wacky songs, like "Boogie Woogie Amputee". I challenge you to find a better boogie woogie song about dancing with an amputee girl. Do it. I'll wait.

This week we continue to traverse the globe to bring you metal from around the world with the Japanese metal band Jig-Ai. I really want to like Japanese metal, I really do, but I end up finding so little of it that's either not weird combinations of J-pop and metal or stuff that sounds like regurgitated western metal. Fortunately there's Jig-Ai, a Czech metal band that makes believe that it's a Japanese metal band. Thanks to Darsh for pointing out their correct nationality.

This guy's got some serious finger breakdancing skills, which means he probably suffers less personal injury from his breakdancing routines and is probably also quite skilled in pleasing the ladies. No, this isn't the original Star Wars rap, or the Star Wars rap redux, it's the Star Wars Gangsta Rap Chronicles, done by BentTV, who did the original Star Wars rap video. This has been on the internet for a few days now, but I just couldn't bring myself to watch it until now. Aaand... it's pretty damn good. The animation is way better than the original Star Wars rap and it has way more SW characters, though the lyrics in the original might be a little bit better. Still a good distraction from work.

With both Rock Band and Guitar Hero, the games can't tell if you're actually singing the correct words-- all they know is whether or not you've got the right tone and pitch. Hell, the best I've ever done in Rock Band while on the mic has been while humming, but if you want to get all fancy, you can play flute into the mic and turn your rock band into Jethro Tull wannabes. No, this isn't anything like the awful Sudanese rapper from yesterday. Blowfly was an early rap act from the 70s who was notorious for writing dirty rhymes years and years before it became standard for rap music. Born Clarence Reid, his stage name came from his grandmother, who said that he was "nastier than a blowfly" after she caught him singing "The Twist" with the lyrics "Suck my dick".
