Dear Directors and Writers of Pornographic Films:
For many, many years I have enjoyed your movies and find that adult films are as important to life as water, food or shelter. If I were president, I would provide porn to the porn-less as one of the inalienable rights of humankind. However, there are a few ways in which I feel adult films could be greatly improved by removing elements that are wholly unnecessary and a detriment to a young man's vitality.
First off, no one likes plot in porn. Nobody.

Hypermiling is a style of driving where you try to maximize the fuel efficiency of your car as much as possible. Now that gas prices are getting higher, more and more people are becoming interested in the concept. Unfortunately, they aren't just talking about saving gas by slowly accelerating, chosing better routes, etc.

When the story broke of a teenage pregnancy pact involving 18 girls at a MA high school, the media went into overdrive to throw faux outrage at the story.

Almost a year ago, the smart money was on Hillary Clinton for the Democratic nomination. Hell, if you even considered someone else, it was all just far-flung hopes-- Hillary WAS going to be the Democratic nominee and no one could change that fact.

It's refreshing to have a level-headed, well thought out view on the subject when the media just likes to grab onto whatever controversy and run with it without thinking. At all.

With the votes cast in the Indiana and NC Democratic primaries, it's time for some reflections and predictions, which you can take how you want to.

Something isn't quite right about the GOP's logo.  Maybe it's the elephant.  No, that's not it.  Maybe it's the downward pointing stars that grace the elephant's flank.  Yeah, maybe that's it.  For the party associated with good, upstanding Christian values and witch hunts against fake Satanists, you'd think that by now someone-- someone in the GOP would have pointed out that downward facing 5-pointed stars have been associated in the past with Devil worship-- the single point facing down turning the humble 5 pointed star into the goat face of Satan.

When you think about the future, do you see a bright, shiny world that's free of disease, war and poverty or do you see a barren, smoldering landscape with scattered humans trying desperately to survive? Are you a pessimist or an optimist, a realist or a pragmatist? Out there somewhere is a futuristic world waiting for you. These are broad generalizations and not full plot synopses-- just something to give you an idea of where you stand.

Recently, my wife has been into adopting rescued cats and fostering cats up for adoption. Fortunately, we have a spare room in the house that is good for getting stinked up. And fostering 5 cats can stink up a room pretty quickly.
