Nature’s pretty messed up. You know how idiot creationists always say stupid shit like “why didn’t beavers evolve with chainsaw arms, if evolution is so cool?” Well that’s because nature has come up with even cooler shit– like the Tasmanian devil, who can open his jaws 120 degrees like a snake or the pistol shrimp in the video above, who can snap its claw so fast that it creates a sonic shockwave that’s as hot as the sun to kill prey.
