Jack London. He was the motherfucking man. And in 1976, Charleton Heston was also the man. So the two of them combined form a great movie. Sure it’s not an-explosion-a-second action, but if you don’t like a movie about a man and his half-feral dog out in the cold-ass wilderness, then you’re just a commie bastard.
