That’s some good sight/picture alignment going on. If I were posing for a picture I know I would be looking over the barrel. Also, as I am not familiar with pregnant women, are all those stretch marks normal? Coconut butter or lotion or something for that?

Is he trying to be the ‘Protective husband/father’ ? Or, is he trying to use the pregnant woman as some sort of human shield in a shoot out with cops, who’re trying to put the ‘gun-wielding maniac’ down before someone else gets hurt?
Either way, not good imagery for todays population.
