Somehow, several days ago on August 23rd, a holiday so splendid somehow slipped past our rader. National Go Topless Day, celebrated in NYC, a town where since 1992 women have the legal freedom to go top-free if they choose, is a celebration of a woman’s universal right to show off her ta-tas in public. Thank god for that.
