If there’s ever two things that do not go hand in hand, it’s narcolepsy and climbing up trees with a chainsaw. This appears to be legit, though it also appears to be a bit of a cruel setup of paying some possibly homeless guy with narcolepsy to cut trees just for the humor value. And it is really damn funny, no doubt.
