WoW flashback: Opening of the Ahn’Qiraj gates [IHC and WoW]

Decades from now, your grandkids will be asking you– “Where were you when the gates of Ahn’Qiraj opened?” And from there, you can tell them about the incredible server lag, dropping through the world, server crashes preventing the gong-banger from banging the gong… but it was fun. It was the biggest world event ever in WoW and still is a thing of awe to this day. It was the closest thing to Woodstock some people have ever known.
