I can’t tell you how excited I was to find this movie on Google Video. This is an absolute classic of cheesy B-zombie movie history that I hadn’t seen until today. The film, a touching tale of adventurers in the Amazon who come across a tribe of undead flesh eaters, was banned in several countries including its home nation of Italy after rumors swirled that it was a snuff film, with actors killed onscreen. The rumors were untrue, but it’s still a fantastically awful, gory movie.
