Really, I have no freaking clue what’s going on here– there’s a chick in a bikini dancing by the side of the road, a guy in a bear suit getting hit by a car, people fighting in the middle of the road for no god damn reason. My only hope is that even though it’s Japanese, it appears to be dubbed in French. So maybe if a certain someone with a French boss can help translate…

    this seems to be a hong kong or taiwanese movie. it’s probably supposed to be funny . the soundtrack has been dubbed to french. they are saying ” what a girl in a bikini?” ! what? i hit a dog? piece of shit dog! oh it’s not a dog it s a bear . and it goes on with simple dialog.
    at first i thought it was a commercial but it’s not
