When the original Street Fighter proved to be an arcade hit, the home PC rights were given to Tiertex, a company notorious for doing really awful arcade ports. After they fucked up Street Fighter, they made their own fighting game called Human Killing Machine in which they took out anything fun at all about video games in general.
