The creator’s comments on YouTube say it all:

G.I. Joe faces off against Cobra in a vicious dance off. This is a stop motion project that my roommate and I did for Experimental Animation class. This was our first attempt at stop motion animation. We planned for an epic story but due to time constraints we had to shorten it significantly. The larger story will be finished sometime next year.
