Awesomely bad peripheral patents for the Wii [I Heart Games]
February 2nd, 2008 • Related • Filed Under
Shortly before the Wii came out and the whole world was like “WTF is that” and “stupidest console name ever”, Nintendo was hard at work patenting a whole slew of possible peripherals for the Wiimote. Most likely, these will never ever see the light of day and they simply serve to prevent third parties from creating stupid Wiimote peripherals, but they’re still interesting to think about… like what if you could control your Wii with a teddy bear or a tricycle? The WiiGlove… it’s so bad.
